A new 27,300 SF, 3-story medical office building in the Clear Fork section of the Edwards Ranch development in southwest Fort Worth.
The two wing building with central core provides panoramic views of the surrounding, tree-covered area. The limestone paneled, first floor base is combined with stucco and an abundance of glass, capped by a metal roofed mansard to hide the rooftop mechanical equipment.
